This is my chill out zone, the place where you can come and read, chat and relax. My main Goal is to help people transition after losing a loved one. Restarting life, becoming a new person, new priorities and new goals. Finding yourself after such a traumatic event can be very difficult and may take sometime, but eventually you start to think about life again and moving forward and this is where people tend to often get stuck, lose themselves, feel lost and forget what it is like, to put themselves first and to be happy again.

A life coach is not a counsellor, Counselling focuses on healing trauma and pain from the past, where as a life coach is focused on the present and future, more action based, helping you find your personal strengths, build a vision for your future, evolve and take action towards your goals.

I want to help you restart your life and work towards a happy future, based on my own life experience and how 10 years later, my life is totally different, You never forget, but you can move forward, if I can do it, then you can too.
