ABOUT ME
I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help people find themselves again and learn to move forward and live a Happy life.
I lost my partner of 20 years, 10 years ago, in a motor bike accident, which was very sudden and life changing over night. We had 3 children, who were 17, 15 and 10 at the time and very suddenly I was alone, dealing with life, kids, money and keeping everything together, I had no time to Grieve or think about myself.
It took a good 4 years for me to start to genuinely feel happy again, start thinking about things I enjoy and learning to enjoy this new person I have become because Trauma changes you.
Today, although I never forget, not for a day and life is not always easy, I am living a life that suits me and building on my future goals, Life is short and teaches us to appreciate the simple things in life, I believe if you can do that, then you are half way there.
So I decided some time ago to share my experiences and help others to move forward and live a happy life.
